TIRE CAROUSEL

Vidir’s Tire Carousel is the ultimate tire storage solution for organizing, storing, displaying, and accessing tires efficiently and ergonomically. The Tire Carousel is a semi-automated vertical carousel that consists of tire carriers that rotate up and down to deliver tires to the operator at an ergonomic height, eliminating the need for ladders, forklifts, and other hazardous retrieval methods.

The Tire Carousel provides a value-added solution for warehouse automation programs that improves both productivity and safety.

INCREASE AVAILABLE INVENTORY

The motorized Tire Carousel can safely store a large number of tires of various sizes, greatly increasing onsite tire storage capacity and on-hand inventory. This tire storage system fully utilizes overhead space to recover up to 70% of the floor space required by more traditional storage systems.

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES

HORIZONTAL SECURITY GATE

A lockable Horizontal Security Gate that prevents unauthorized access.
TIRE LOADING RAMP

Assists the operator in loading and unloading tires, enabling them to be easily rolled in and out of the carousel. This completely eliminates the need to manually lift the tires.
TIRE KICKER

A motorized system for loading and unloading large, heavy tires into the carousel. An alternative to the Tire Loading Ramp where tire weight is an issue.
TIRE DIVIDERS

Additional Tire Dividers are available to further organize tires on the carousel. 2 Dividers per carrier are already included with the carousel.
FULL ENCLOSURE

The Full Enclosure replaces the Mesh Guarding on the front and rear of the carousel with solid paneling.
TIRE CARRIER INSERTS

Allows smaller tires to be stored alongside larger ones without sinking too far inside the carrier.
COLOR CHANGE (RAL)

RAL color changes are available. Customize the look of your carousel to match company colors or designs.
PM PACKAGES

An annual inspection program designed to extend the life of the VLM and ensure consistent and reliable performance. Varying program lengths are available to fit your maintenance requirements.
